Job summary

Würth Baer Supply Company is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate for our Pleasant Hill, IA facility. The position involves operating RF scanners, stacking and stocking inventory, and processing orders for shipment. You will count, locate, and package products, ensuring accurate labels and timely delivery, while working at a quick pace with a collaborative team.

Location: 5650 Metro E Dr, Pleasant Hill, IA. Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00am–4:30pm CT. Starting pay: $20.00/hour, non-negotiable.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and ability to operate RF scanner/bar code reader.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
• Ability to work with a team to move materials and fulfill orders.

Responsibilities

• Use a RF Scanner/Bar code reader.
• Operate sit-down forklift.
• Receive and put away materials.
• Count existing product to verify inventory numbers.
• Stock product that has come into the warehouse in appropriate locations.
• Fill orders to send out to customers.
• Package orders to ship out.
• Use computer/shipping system to create labels for shipments.
• Work the shift on your feet at a quick pace.
• Assist as needed in layup panel assembly area.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm CT

Compensation:

$20.00/HR will be the starting pay. Non negotiable.

Required Pre-Employment Screening
