The Warehouse Associate will perform daily order pick, pack and ship functions, repacking orders as needed; conduct quality review of incoming and outgoing shipments; and follow order flow and sequencing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately pick, pack and ship customer orders, weighing and repacking orders as needed.
• Manage merchandise order variation effectively.
• Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to process and follow order sequence, adjusting to sequence changes.
• Coordinate corporate quality assurance requirements for incoming and outgoing shipments, including inspection and release of prescription-level products.

Work Environment: The environment is an indoor warehouse with a temperature-controlled climate. Floors may be concrete, laminate, or carpet. Employees must learn and follow safety protocols and are subject to random drug testing.

Work Hours: The schedule is 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, with possible variations. Overtime, holiday, or weekend work may be required depending on business needs.

Physical and Mental Demands: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and exert up to 50 pounds of force to move objects using a pallet jack. Use of safety vest is mandatory.
