Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a warehouse associate to load/unload trucks, stock inventory, and maintain orderly shelves for efficient order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to rotate stock by expiration date. A valid license and clean driving record are required; on-call rotation may apply after transitioning to full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize inventory and maintain proper rotation by expiration date.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must maintain a clean driving record.
• Willing to participate in on-call rotation after becoming a full-time employee.
• Occasionally drive a company vehicle for patient order needs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Break down mixed pallets of incoming merchandise.
• Verify inventory counts for accuracy.
• Stock both new and existing inventory.
• Rotate products based on expiration dates.
• Organize and maintain warehouse shelving.
• Keep inventory front-faced and easily accessible for the picking team.
• Ensure products are organized efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Participate in an on-call rotation once hired as a full-time employee.

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Position Type: Temp to hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30P

Pay: $18.50/HR

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, inventory, stocking, or material-handling experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to safely load, unload, and move merchandise
• Ability to organize inventory and maintain proper rotation by expiration date
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Valid driver's license required
• Must maintain a clean driving record
• Must be willing and able to participate in the on-call rotation after becoming a full-time employee
• Must be comfortable occasionally driving a company vehicle for patient order needs
