Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks, such as stand-up and sit-down forklifts, including maintenance.
• May be required to operate other warehouse equipment (packaging line) preferred.
• Powered industrial truck certification is required.
• Ability to read and perform basic math in English for safety and instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Input data into the WMS computer system.
• Work overtime as assigned.
• Create and maintain professional relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure scanning is completed correctly.
• Help train dock employees on new procedures; ensure facility security.
• Perform picking and packing duties; check for damage.
• Handle materials within policies and perform related transactions.
• Move materials with associated physical/logical transactions.
• Participate in team activities to improve warehouse operations.
• Perform housekeeping duties for the assigned area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Schedule: First Shift Sunday-Tuesday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, every other Wednesday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers. Ensure all scanning is completed correctly. Help train dock employees on new procedures. Ensure facility is secure at end of shift; investigate/resolve scanning issues and housekeeping. Perform picking and packing duties. Check for evidence of product or container damage
• Perform the assigned tasks as described in the location's policies and procedures standards to include handling of materials within associated logical transactions
• Perform material moves with associated physical/logical transactions as required
• Participate in workgroup and other team activities for the purpose of self improvement and improving warehouse operations and related business functions
• Perform housekeeping duties for assigned area
• Performs other duties as assigned
