Now Hiring: 1st Shift Warehouse Associate
Location: Rochester, NY
Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift Monday through Friday 6:30am-3:30pm

We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, ready to multitask, and thrives in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

Key Accountabilities:

• Perform sorting, stacking, cleaning, washing, stocking, and inspection of cartons, pallets, or parts to support operations.

• Assist in filling and packaging orders and completing paperwork per instructions.

• Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment to move or deliver stock.

• Support machine operators with tasks as needed.

• Maintain clean workspaces through general clean-up activities.

• Ensure equipment remains in working condition and report any issues to Supervisor or Lead.

• Train other team members when required.

• Follow and support all health, safety, quality, and Lean initiatives.

• This is a hands-on role working directly on the warehouse floor and around heavy machinery.

• Demonstrate TKMNA Employee Attributes/Competencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• SAP experience required

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math (fractions, decimals)

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Proficiency with computers and RF scanning technology

• 1–3 years of warehouse experience, including forklift operation

• Ability to use hand-held measuring tools

• Computer skills beyond the basic level
