Job summary

Gojob is hiring Forklift Operators in Mt. Juliet, TN. The role supports daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of forklift and warehouse experience and be proficient operating multiple types of material-handling equipment, including sit-down forklifts, EPJ, and at least one additional type. Shifts: 1st 7:00am-4:00pm; 2nd 4:00pm-12:30am. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, palletizing, using RF scanners, labeling, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Two years of forklift and warehouse experience required.
• Operate sit-down forklift and EPJ, plus at least one of: cherry picker, dock stocker, reach truck, or stand-up forklift.
• Experience with RF scanners, labeling, scanning, sorting, loading, unloading, palletizing.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Follow written and verbal instructions; maintain safety and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift and EPJ.
• Must be able to operate at least one additional type of equipment: cherry picker, dock stocker, reach truck, or stand-up forklift.
• Load, unload, move, and stage products and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Transport, stack, and palletize products while maintaining safe and organized storage areas.
• Use RF scanners to scan, track, and verify inventory and product movement.
• Label, sort, pack, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
• Inspect equipment before use and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and equipment operating guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure products are handled correctly.
• Identify discrepancies, troubleshoot basic issues, and communicate concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards while working in a fast-paced environment.
