Job summary

Caterpillar, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate in Denver, CO to perform material handling, shipping, and receiving duties within the Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD).

The role includes operating scanners, equipment training, and strict safety adherence. Shifts available, starting pay $21.65/hour with a $1 night shift premium on 2nd/3rd shifts; candidates must pass background, drug, and medical questionnaires.

Qualifications

• SAP EWM experience (Extended Warehouse Management).
• Value added packaging experience.
• PWO experience (Packaging Work Order).

Responsibilities

• Safely perform material handling and warehousing processes for receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping parts/materials.
• Operate handheld scanner to access and update information for receiving, counting and order processing.
• Willingness to be trained on and operate order pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead hoists; not all positions operate equipment.
• Report defects and need for repairs.
• Perform housekeeping functions as required.
• Other duties as business demand changes.
• Adhere to safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
• Physical ability to lift 1–29 lbs frequently and 30–50 lbs infrequently; stand/walk on concrete; kneel/squat frequently.

Our Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is one of the most innovative divisions within Caterpillar. In PSLD, as within all of Caterpillar, our priority is our customers and helping them build a better world. We touch nearly every element of the services value stream from procurement to design and manufacturing to distribution. PSLD is responsible for Aftermarket Parts Distribution of Cat Parts and Integrated Logistics.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Safely perform the material handling and warehousing processes required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.

• Operate handheld scanner to access and update information for receiving, counting and order processing.

• Usage of required PPE and adherence to safety procedures for tasks being performed at all times.

Available shifts:

1st, Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm

2nd, Monday – Friday, 3:30pm to 11:30 pm

3rd, Sunday – Thursday 11:30pm to 7:30am

Starting pay rate : $21.65/hour $1/hour night shift premium (applies to 2nd & 3rd shift)

Summary Pay Range:

$21.65 – $28.15
