Job summary

Alliance Industrial Solutions in Warren, OH is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment, inventory control, and safety compliance in a fast-paced distribution environment. This on-site role offers a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift with potential overtime and weekly pay.

You will pick, pack, palletize, build crates, receive shipments, use RF scanners, perform quality checks, and help in the granite department when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items safely.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and palletize orders.
• Build wooden crates for large shipments.
• Receive and unload incoming materials.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and perform quality checks.
• Report defective items to management.
• Assist with countertop cutting and pallet assembly in granite department as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures.
