Responsibilities

• Attend all training sessions and follow safety policies and procedures
• Follow dress code; only a clear water container permitted in the work area
• Use smartphone to sign in and out (not allowed in warehouse)
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise
• Report on time and complete tasks accurately
• Engage in problem solving for continuous improvement
• Maintain a positive, respectful attitude both independently and in team settings

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 1 year of warehouse or general labor experience preferred
• Experience in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment, able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Ability to operate a computer or handheld device (training provided)
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Reliable transportation for all shifts
