Job summary

Staff Management | SMX is hiring Warehouse Associates in Havre de Grace, MD to support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping in a clean, safe environment. Immediate openings available and shifts run on a 3-2-2 rotating schedule with 12-hour days and nights.

Job requires attention to detail, safety focus, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.50 per hour, with benefits and on-the-spot perks offered.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Drug test required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks and pallets safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and records.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) if trained.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned.
