Appearance Technology Group is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate in Farmington Hills, MI to support receiving, storage, and order fulfillment activities. You will help inspect items, maintain accurate inventories, and prepare shipments with care and efficiency.

You will work in a fast-paced warehouse, performing physical tasks, operating equipment when certified, and collaborating with team members to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or labor experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in receiving, unloading, and storing incoming shipments.
  • Count and inspect products for damages or discrepancies and report any issues.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in an efficient manner.
  • Assist in conducting regular stock counts and inventory audits.
  • Pick, pack, and label products for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery by boxing, labeling, and organizing products for transport.
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of merchandise.
  • Verify shipments by checking product quantities and descriptions.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers and logistics teams to schedule deliveries and pickups.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
  • Operate warehouse equipment if certified.
  • Assist with moving materials and products as needed.
  • Follow safety guidelines and report hazards promptly.
