Job summary

Med Water Systems in Woods Cross, Utah is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. The role focuses on managing material flow, inventory via ERP, and shipping finished goods in a fast-paced environment.

You will support warehouse, assembly, and shipping operations, palletize and label outbound shipments, and ensure safety and cleanliness in the workplace. Experience with ERP and forklift operation is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support across warehouse, assembly, and shipping operations based on current priorities.
• Prepare outgoing shipments including palletizing, packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming materials and components.
• Pick, kit, and stage parts for assembly and manufacturing teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with moving materials between departments and workstations.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines at all times.
• Communicate clearly with warehouse leads, assembly teams, and operations management.
• Safely operate forklift trucks and other material handling equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operational efficiency.

Position Summary

Responsible for managing the flow of materials and inventory within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This includes receiving raw materials and components, accurately storing and pulling inventory, staging for production, and shipping finished goods and parts. Ensures inventory accuracy through ERP transactions, cycle counts, and coordination with key departments such as production, planning, purchasing, and customer service.

Requirements

Education & Experience
