Kinly is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Wilmington, MA to keep product flowing between the fabrication floor and the warehouse on site. You will handle timely receiving, put-away, and material movement to correct locations, plus loading, picking, packing and shipping project materials, and performing cycle counts with the ERP system.
Ideal candidates have MS Office and UPS World Ship experience, can lift 50 lbs, hold a valid U.S.

Hours: 8am - 5pm EST
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per annum, plus benefits including: health, vision/dental insurance; disability, vacation, sickness, 401K

The Warehouse Associate position will be responsible for keeping the product flowing between the fabrication floor and warehouse based on site need by dates. This position's focus with be the timely receiving and prompt movement of material to the correct put away location. This position will also be involved in all other Warehouse activities.
This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Manager will provide directions and support for day-to-day instruction. This position will work cross-functionally between departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products. This position should have experience and in-depth knowledge of inventory management, great organizational skills, and warehouse experience. No authority or decision-making capabilities with this position. No leadership or supervisory responsibilities with this position.
This position will work with internal departments regarding concerns and ensure resolution of any problems. This position requires regular planning and teamwork to assist with the coordination of product moves. This position must regularly communicate answers to questions and respond to inquiries both email and voice. This position handles and is expected to protect all internal and external confidential information and must utilize discretion and judgment based on company policies and procedures.
