Job summary

Lansing Building Products is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Williston, VT to support daily operations in our busy warehouse. You will greet customers, pick tickets, load/unload trucks, and use RF scanners to move products in our TWL system.

Ideal candidates have prior warehouse experience, strong teamwork, and the physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds. We offer comprehensive benefits and a stable, growth‑oriented environment with a focus on safety and service.

Qualifications

• Prior material-handling or warehouse experience is preferred.
• High integrity and high energy.
• Experience in building products and warehouse experience is strongly desired.
• Ability to work in a team and/or one-on-one with our customers.
• Ability and willingness to lift boxes and materials weighing up to 70+ lbs.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with a forklift is a plus.
• Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to new processes.
• Strong, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, pick tickets, and load/unload trucks.
• Use handheld RF scanners to move and track products in TWL WMS.
• Verify order accuracy for picked items and shipments.
• Lift and move building materials up to 70 lbs.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Support loading/unloading at the dock as needed.

Responsibilities

• Live our mission statement centered on our values of respect, service, and excellence
• Greet customers, pick tickets, and load/unload customer and company trucks
• Utilize handheld RF scanners to move, track, and manage products through our Warehouse Management System (TWL)
• Verify accuracy of orders picked and shipments received
• Lift and move boxes of building materials weighing up to 70 pounds
• Keep warehouse clean and orderly

Qualifications

A Warehouse Associate's day usually begins around 7:00 AM -- sometimes earlier -- and ends at approximately 4:30 PM -- Monday through Friday, generally no weekend work (hours may vary by location)
