Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Westbrook, ME, with shift timing 6am-Finish, Monday-Friday. You will perform a variety of warehouse duties from loading and unloading to order picking and palletizing, within a high-performance culture.

The role requires a high-energy, hard-working individual. You will lift 25-75 lbs, and prior warehouse experience is preferred but training is provided by Capstone.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods as part of daily duties.
• Select, sort, and palletize orders for shipment.
• Audit, repack, and perform housekeeping tasks as assigned by site leadership.
• Assist with other duties to support a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
