Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Plympton, MA. The role runs Monday through Friday with Sunday optional, starting at 5AM, and finishing when daily tasks are completed.

You will perform a variety of warehouse duties including loading, unloading, order selection, and palletizing in a fast-paced environment. We offer weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, paths for career growth, opportunities to join travel teams, paid training, and safety incentives.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods as required.
• Select orders for fulfillment and freight hauling.
• Audit, repack, sort, palletize and clean work areas.
• Assist with general housekeeping and duties as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements
