Job Description

• Start time at 6am, with shifts lasting 10–12 hours.
• Schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off (must work one weekend day).
• Weekly pay (every Friday).
• Position: Order Selectors.
• Must be able to work in all zones (Dry, Cooler, Freezer).
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

Receives, selects, stores, and loads products/materials. Operates material handling equipment safely. Completes paperwork accurately. Maintains a clean work area.

Responsibilities

General Responsibilities:

1. Under supervisor guidance, pick, lift, carry, and place products into pallets to fulfill orders in various temperature zones. Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
2. Read labels and documents, count, and verify quantities.
3. Meet safety, accuracy, and productivity standards. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
4. Use cleaning tools to maintain work area. Perform additional assigned duties.

Division Responsibilities (% of Time)

• 20% lifting and carrying products.
• 15% reading labels and calculating quantities.
• 20% inspecting products.
• 75% operating forklifts and pallet jacks.

Additional responsibilities include continuous vision and hearing, handling, walking, standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and working in cold environments.

Qualifications

Licensed forklift operator with at least six months of safe operation experience. Ability to perform visual inspections, lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, and possess basic reading and math skills. Physically capable of standing, walking, and twisting while carrying 50 pounds. HS diploma or equivalent required.
