Job description

JOB DUTIES:

• Organize and maintain a professional-looking warehouse setting
• Receive, check-in, and properly stage all inventory from company vendors
• Occasionally load truck shipments during business hours
• Maintain inventory reports on a daily and weekly basis and communicate the proper channels when inventory is low
• Staging product for the delivery crews
• Staging product to be transferred to ourBismarck warehouse
• Staging ICPO’s for all stores
• Operation of a forklift in a SAFE and productive manner
• Providing a weekly report on all hot tub, pool tables, game room furniture and swimming pool inventory and accessories
• Transfer and setting up product at the showrooms as well as removing the product from the showroom
• 100% compliant with safety rules and regulations (environmental, health & safety)
• Provide excellent customer service for all HotSpring Spa Customers and HotSpring Staff in all departments
• Assist in the setup and tear down of home shows
• Assist on deliveries when needed
• Warehouse maintenance (house cleaning, snow removal, and salt application - seasonal)

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous Warehouse and/or Forklift experience
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Must have valid Driver’s License and be insurable
• Computer and inventory control experience
• Frequent bending, standing, lifting, and ongoing physical activity.
• Dust environment
• Basic Math skills
