Job Summary:

JCS Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team supporting information systems for Headquarters Air Force (HAF), Air Force District of Washington (AFDW), and other Air Force activities within the AF National Capital Region (AFNCR), including the Pentagon, Joint Base Andrews (JBA), and Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB). What you will do:

• Handle duties related to processing, organizing, and packing goods for storage.
• Take inventory and operate material handling equipment for loading and unloading.
• Support product workflow affecting production, distribution, and inventory.
• Follow procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize satisfaction and minimize costs.
• Ensure rational distribution and delivery based on analysis reports and tracking records.
• Participate in provisioning, spares, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare requisition documents and maintain document registers.
• Monitor requisition statuses and provide updates to customers.
• Support monthly reconciliation and maintain stock control levels.
• Requisition, receive, store, issue, and inspect equipment and parts, including processing repairable items.
• Maintain accountability of equipment and supplies.
• Conduct routine market surveys.
• Be able to maneuver in small spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Possess knowledge in shipping, receiving, storage, and handling of various supplies.
• Establish and maintain stock records and documents.
• Verify received quantities against documents and unpack incoming supplies.
• Construct storage aids like bins and shelving.

What you will bring:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with office equipment and logistics database programs
• Knowledge of packing, shipping, and logistics documentation
• Fluent in English with excellent reading, writing, and comprehension skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of military logistics and supply operations
