What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Warehouse Associate to join our fast-growing distribution center team. As a Warehouse Associate at JARS Cannabis, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficient operation of our Distribution Center. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, sorting, tagging, packing, organizing, and fulfilling inventory.
- Conducting quality assurance for all inventory processes.
- Assisting with loading and unloading products.
- Picking and packing orders accurately.
- Verifying and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Supporting product intake and warehouse organization.
- Handling paperwork, printing, and labeling tasks, including METRC and dispatch processes.
- Performing regular inventory counts.
- Occasionally communicating with brands and clients.
- Providing general assistance to Managers as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a distribution or warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist as needed.
- Availability to work occasional evening and weekend shifts.
- Basic math skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong judgment, excellent work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Professionalism, patience, and a process-driven approach.
- Professional appearance.
- Punctual and reliable.
Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
