Job summary

Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle daily warehouse duties including pulling orders, staging, replenishing inventory, labeling, building kits, receiving, and supporting customer pickups.

You will work with Program Coordinators, maintain safety and cleanliness, and help manage vendor intake and inventory accuracy using CERES inputs and scanners.

Qualifications

• A combination of education and experience generally attained through a high school diploma, GED or technical education and prior experience in a warehouse and distribution environment.
• Must be able to obtain a forklift certification
• Ability to work with flexibility, efficiency and enthusiasm, both individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and ability to resolve problems
• Must be able to use a computer and hand-held scanner, and operate all warehouse equipment safely
• Must be able to use office equipment
• Demonstrated ability to plan, manage and follow through on multiple daily tasks and projects.
• Leadership, diplomacy, interpersonal skills

• Daily cleaning, organization and date labeling
• Remove spoiled product and clean coolers
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
