Nassco, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Wausau, WI to move and store products safely, pick and pack orders, and operate forklifts and other equipment. You will use RF scanners to track inventory and support safety-focused operations on a day shift.

The role emphasizes reliability, accuracy, and teamwork within a hands-on environment that prioritizes safety and efficiency on the floor.

Associate who brings reliability, attention to detail, and a strong team mindset to every shift.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive, move, and store products safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment
• Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers)
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory
• Perform safety checks on equipment and follow all safety procedures
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and organization
• Work closely with your team and leadership to keep operations running smoothly
• Jump in to support other warehouse or operational needs when needed

Requirements

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of warehouse or related experience preferred
• Ability to operate (or learn to operate) powered industrial equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stay active throughout your shift
• Basic computer and RF scanning experience
• Team-first attitude with solid communication skills
