Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Pharmacy Warehouse Coordinator to support day-to-day activities under the supervision of a pharmacist and Pharmacy Purchasing Supervisor. The role pays $18.00 per hour and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with one weekend/early shift.

Responsibilities include packing orders, maintaining a clean, stocked warehouse, and clerical tasks such as chart filing and shipping via FedEx.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to operate office equipment (scanner, printer, copier, phones).
• Proactive, able to multitask and manage interruptions.
• Excellent judgement and decision-making abilities.

• Pack patient orders for shipment per policy to ensure medications, supplies, and DME arrive undamaged.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and fully stocked work environment including pharmacy, shipping area and warehouse space.
• Assemble shipping boxes and ensure adequate shipping supplies, including boxes, packing material, and ice packs, are always available.
• Perform clerical duties of department which includes filing of patient charts and shipping of additional items via FedEx.
• Comply with the policies and procedures stated in the Injury and Illness Prevention Program by always working in a safe manner and immediately reporting any injury, safety hazard, or program violation.
• Display excellent judgment on a consist basic with sound decision making abilities.

Pharmacy Warehouse

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Pharmacy Warehouse for a company based in Flower Mound, Tx. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work under the supervision of a pharmacist and the Pharmacy Purchasing Supervisor, supporting the day-to-day activities of the pharmacy department.

Pay Rate

$18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 10 00 am to 7 00 pm. 1 day out of the week 8am-7pm

Pharmacy Warehouse Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities
