Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is hiring a Pharmacy Warehouse Associate in Flower Mound, TX. You will work under the supervision of a pharmacist and the Pharmacy Purchasing Supervisor, supporting daily pharmacy operations and warehouse duties.

The role involves packing patient orders, maintaining a clean work area, assembling shipping supplies, and performing clerical tasks. The position is full-time, temporary with a $18.00 per hour pay rate and a Monday–Friday schedule.

• Basic level of understanding and use of computers (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Operate office equipment including computer, scanner, printer, copier and phones
• Proactive approach to workload management and ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Pack patient orders for shipment to ensure medication and supplies arrive undamaged

• Perform clerical duties including filing patient charts and shipping items via FedEx
• Follow Injury and Illness Prevention Program policies and report hazards promptly

Pharmacy Warehouse Associate

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Pharmacy Warehouse Associate for a company based in Flower Mound, Tx. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work under the supervision of a pharmacist and the Pharmacy Purchasing Supervisor, supporting the day-to-day activities of the pharmacy department.

Pay Rate

$18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. 1 day out of the week 8am-7pm

Duties and Responsibilities

• Pack patient orders for shipment per policy and procedure to ensure all medication, supplies, and durable medical equipment (DME) arrive undamaged.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and fully stocked work environment including pharmacy, shipping area and warehouse space.
• Assemble shipping boxes and ensure adequate shipping supplies, including boxes, packing material, and ice packs, are always available.
• Perform clerical duties of department which includes filing of patient charts and shipping of additional items via FedEx.
• Comply with the policies and procedures stated in the Injury and Illness Prevention Program by always working in a safe manner and immediately reporting any injury, safety hazard, or program violation.

Requirements

• Basic level of understanding and use of computers application that includes Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and internet technologies.
• Operate office equipment which includes computer, scanner, printer, copier, and phones.
• Proactive approach to managing workload, able to multitask and handle frequent interruptions.
• Display excellent judgment on a consist basic with sound decision making abilities.
