Job summary

QXO is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to operate forklifts, load and unload materials, and maintain inventory in our outdoor yard. You will verify orders, keep accurate records, and help ensure a clean, safe work environment.

Roles require working early mornings with potential OT and weekend work as needed. Spanish bilingual ability is a plus; reliable transport is expected.

• Strong communication and customer-first mindset.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work early morning hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
• Work outdoors with exposure to all weather conditions.
• Verify order contents and maintain documentation (pick tickets, inventory count sheets).
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory.
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere to all safety protocols, wearing PPE.

What you'll do:

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials in warehouse and yard
• Work outdoors with exposure to all weather conditions
• Verify order contents and maintain documentation (pick tickets, inventory count sheets)
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE
• Preserve safe and clean work environment which includes cleaning and painting

Shift and Schedule

• Full-Time Position
• Monday-Friday.
• Start time 7am until work is done, around 4pm
• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate OT and/or weekends based on business needs.

What you'll bring:

• Experience operating forklifts and other heavy equipment; warehouse experience preferred
• Commitment to providing an outstanding experience to customers, vendors, and co-workers through effective verbal and written communication and a customer-first mindset
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Reliable transportation to work and the ability to regularly work early morning hours
