Job summary

Gojob is hiring Warehouse Associates in Millington, TN. The role requires a dependable, detail-oriented candidate with at least 2 years of warehouse experience to support daily operations. Shifts 1st Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm. Pay $18/hr. On-the-job training is provided and safety standards apply as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders, prepare boxes, pack products, and seal cartons.
• Sort shipments, load trailers and trucks, unload freight, prepare LTL shipments.
• Assemble products and build displays, perform kitting and labeling.
• Induct orders, replenish inventory, move materials, assist with loading/unloading.
• Identify and report weight-out-of-tolerance packages and other discrepancies.
• Keep work area clean and organized; operate baler and remove wrap from pallets.
• Assist with line loading, carton building, labeling, and other duties as needed by management.

Gojob is hiring Warehouse Associates in Millington, TN.We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with at least 2 years of warehouse experience to support daily warehouse operations. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, shipping, loading, unloading, kitting, and production assembly. This position supports daily warehouse operations by completing assigned tasks under the direction of management while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards. On-the-job training is provided.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Picking & Packing: Pick customer orders, prepare boxes, pack products, add void fill, and seal cartons using a taper line or other equipment.
• Shipping & Receiving: Sort shipments, manually load trailers and trucks, unload incoming freight, and prepare LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipments.
• Kitting & Assembly: Assemble products, build displays and carts, perform kitting and labeling, and complete other production-related tasks.
• Warehouse Operations: Induct orders, replenish inventory, move materials, and assist with loading and unloading activities.
• Quality Control: Identify and report weight-out-of-tolerance packages and other shipping or packing discrepancies.
• Housekeeping & Maintenance: Remove trash, empty trash bins, operate the baler as trained, remove plastic wrap and straps from pallets, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• General Warehouse Support: Assist with line loading, carton building, labeling, and other duties as assigned by management.
