Job summary

Installed Building Products is seeking a warehouse associate to load and unload materials, maintain organization, and support inventory processes in a fast-paced environment. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to safety protocols to ensure efficient, accurate logistics support.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth within IBP across our Central Aluminum Supply and related operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a driver's license.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing materials.

Job description

Pay Range: $18.00-$19.00 an hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing materials.
• Assist in inventory tracking and counting processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Physical demands:

The physical demands of a warehouse worker include lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching frequently. The worker must be able to perform tasks that involve climbing ladders or stairs, as well as operating forklifts or pallet jacks. Strong manual dexterity is required for handling equipment and performing detailed tasks. Workers must be able to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.
