Job summary

Wilsonart is hiring for a warehouse associate to pull, inspect, and pack laminate materials for shipment. The role operates at night on N1 shifts and requires lifting heavy materials, driving a lift truck, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience, be able to follow directions, perform basic math, and work well in a team while maintaining safety in a fast-paced environment. Wilsonart values training, mentorship, and internal mobility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates the pending order.
• Pulls material for the order, ensuring completeness.
• Cut down oversized laminate to fill the pending orders.
• Inspects all material on the pending order to applicable standards.
• Obtains the cart, skid, crate or carton for the material shipment.
• Packs and bands material for shipment to the customer’s specification.
• Prioritizes schedules to meet shipping deadlines.
• Drives lift truck and platform lift.
• Counts material in inventory.
• Participates in the Wilsonart Continuous Improvement Process.
• Maintains a safe work environment.
