Base pay range

The Warehouse Associate ensures proper receipt, selection, and delivery of products to customers.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Perform all tasks accurately, efficiently, and according to company policies.
2. Accurately select and receive products based on demand and handling guidelines.
3. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
4. Follow safety procedures and operate equipment safely.
5. Assist management in achieving goals and participate in inventory counts.
6. Report product quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
7. Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and management.
8. Uphold security and confidentiality of documents and data.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
• Equivalent knowledge through education and experience.

Competencies:

• Efficient product selection and operation of industrial equipment.
• General cleaning and adherence to policies.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork ability.
• Effective time management and productivity focus.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to move merchandise and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Regularly sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk in the warehouse.
