Owens Corning in Ohio seeks a Forklift Operator - Stocking to support finished goods handling in the warehouse. This hourly role reports to the Controller/Warehouse Leader and focuses on stocking materials from production into designated bays.
Candidates should be able to read, write and speak English, lift up to 50 lbs, and obtain a Powered Industrial Vehicle certification. The position operates on a rotating 12-hour shift (B, D) with safety and environmental compliance as a priority.

The Forklift Operator - Stocking is an hourly position, reporting to the Controller/Warehouse Leader. The Forklift Operator - Stocking is primarily responsible and accountable for stocking all finished good material from production into the appropriate area in the warehouse.
Shift: Rotating 12-hr shift (B,D) 6:40 – 7:00
Consistent management of the transition building to ensure that all finished good material is moved to appropriate stocking bays by end of shift.
Work diligently to consistently open/reorganize/consolidate bays as appropriate with changeover schedule impact as a priority.
Comply with inventory management, including but not limited to individual pallet tracking, cycle counts, rework, and customer returns.
Work with other departments involved in activities relating to customer returns, product integrity, and production of finished goods.
Utilize RF terminal to properly scan appropriate product to staging location and electronically record movement of inventory to order from warehouse information system.
Perform job tasks in a manor to reduce adverse impact to the environment and adhere to environmental regulations and recycling procedures for waste disposal and all chemical usage and waste.
Identify quality and/or damage concerns and takes proper actions to prevent recurrence.
Perform cleanup duties including, but not limited to workstations, transition building, and longboard area.
Participate in the safety and good housekeeping programs as established within the plant.
Comply with all plant rules, safety regulations, and JHA requirements.
