Qualifications

  • Ability to safely perform Unloading of trucks and moving materials.
  • Proficient in Forklift Operation and use of a Pallet Jack, following safety guidelines.
  • Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow established procedures.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Role Description

The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Tacoma, WA. This role is responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving and unloading deliveries, checking incoming materials against documentation, and organizing inventory in designated storage areas. The Warehouse Associate will pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety and quality standards. The role involves operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting other team members to meet operational and customer service goals. The Warehouse Associate will also assist with inventory counts, basic recordkeeping, and communication with supervisors about any discrepancies or issues.
