Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Statesboro, GA. You will pick, pack, ship, receive and manage inventory to keep orders moving safely and accurately. All shifts are available, with pay ranging from $13.50 to $14.00 per hour.

Candidates with warehouse experience or RF scanner familiarity are encouraged. High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and ability to stand, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Basic math and counting skills for order accuracy and inventory tasks.
• Previous warehouse/ DC experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse systems, or shipping software is a plus.
• Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Pick apparel, luggage, and other products accurately from warehouse locations based on customer orders.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and order details to ensure order accuracy.
• Pack products according to company standards and inspect items for quality before shipment.
• Label, stage, and prepare orders for outbound shipping and delivery.
• Load, unload, move, organize, and store inventory throughout the facility.
• Support receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and general warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate records, follow safety procedures, and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned to support operational needs.
