Job summary

Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Forklift Associate to join our fast-paced operations team. You will move, stack, and stage inventory, support shipping receiving, and help keep production lines supplied with materials. This role supports our manufacturing and foodservice distribution needs.

Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with hands-on training and opportunities for career growth. Emphasis on safety and accuracy in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment and ability to operate a forklift or willingness to be trained.
• Understanding of logistics and shipping/receiving processes.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and stage inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Manage incoming and outgoing freight, ensure documentation and orders are accurate in Shipping Receiving.
• Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and general logistics support on the floor.
• Handle order picking, packing, and staging for local delivery routes and regional shipments.
• Collaborate with production teams to keep manufacturing lines supplied with materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with foodservice standards.

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Forklift Associate to join our fast-paced operations team. In this role, you will play a vital part in daily Logistics and material handling, supporting our Manufacturing and Foodservice distribution needs. Whether you have previous experience as a Cashier, in Delivery, or in Shipping Receiving, this position offers a great opportunity to build a long-term career. Working hours are currently 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities Include

• Safely operate a Forklift and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and stage inventory throughout the Warehouse.
• Manage incoming and outgoing freight within our Shipping Receiving department, ensuring all documentation and orders are accurate.
• Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and general Logistics support across the floor.
• Handle order picking, packing, and staging for local Delivery routes and regional shipments.
• Collaborate with production teams to keep Manufacturing lines supplied with raw materials and components.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety and Foodservice standards.

Skills / Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a Warehouse environment (or transferable skills from Foodservice, retail Cashier, or Delivery roles).
• Experience operating a Forklift (or a strong desire to be trained and certified).
• Basic understanding of Logistics and core Shipping Receiving processes.
• Ability to lift heavy items, stand for extended periods, and thrive in a busy Manufacturing atmosphere.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a focus on workplace safety.

Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Pay: $18.50+/hr to start—will train! Whether you are a seasoned Machine Operator or transitioning from another field, we offer great starting rates.
