Lipsey's in Baton Rouge, LA is hiring a Warehouse Associate on a full-time basis. Start at $15/hour with overtime to $22.50/hour and a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off.

You will work with modern warehouse technology, ensuring accuracy in picking and packing, assist with inventory counts, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while enjoying 100% employer-paid medical insurance and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No warehouse experience required—we will train you.
• Ability to lift 35–50 lbs regularly.
• Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and process orders using warehouse tech (including picking robots).
• Ensure accuracy when pulling and checking merchandise.
• Assist with inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
