Warehouse Associate

Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm
10 - 28 hours/week

Overview

Embark on your journey as a Part-time Warehouse Associate, where you'll be at the heart of our operations. You'll handle the flow of products entering and leaving the facility and engage in inventory management for a leader in industrial distribution. This position is based at our branch located at 1101 W Madison St, Springfield, IL 62702.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain branch inventory
• Receive, pick, package, ship, and perform cycle counts of inventory
• Make local deliveries using a company vehicle as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform other duties to support branch success

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid driver's license issued in the relevant country, with a driving record meeting company standards
• Proficient in written and oral communication
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Capable of lifting packages weighing 25-50 lbs, up to 75 lbs
• Pass drug screening (applicable in US, Puerto Rico, Guam)
