Job summary

DSI Systems Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Sparks, Nevada distribution center. You will support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment essentials in a fast-paced, in-person setting.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, picking/packing, invoicing, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Forklift work and familiarity with warehouse management systems are preferred, along with strong Excel skills and reliability.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel required.

DSI Systems Inc., an authorized AT&T and DIRECTV partner, has an immediate career opportunity for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced Sparks, Nevada distribution center. In this essential role, you’ll keep our shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team—while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a dynamic environment.

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll load and unload trucks, pick and pack orders, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate inventory records. Forklift experience and familiarity with warehouse management systems are preferred, along with strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel. Success in this position comes from excellent time management, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a positive, “get it done” attitude every day.

This is an in-person position that will report to our Warehouse in Sparks, Nevada.
Schedule: Full-time Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm

Experience

• Operating a sit-down forklift preferred
• Utilizing warehouse management systems
• Capacity to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
• Ability to write simple correspondence and add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units
• Capability frequently lift up to 50 lbs

Computer Skills

• Must have intermediate computer skills, preferably in a warehouse environment that utilizes FedEx and local freight carriers
• Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel
• Experience with an inventory management system is a plus
