Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical in Southlake, TX is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical operations. $16-$18/hour, full-time, with opportunities to learn the trade and grow within the company.

You’ll work closely with technicians, helping stock and deliver parts, and gain hands-on exposure to the home-services industry in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Previous warehouse/inventory or shipping/receiving experience is a plus.
• HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical experience is a plus, not required.
• Forklift or material-handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming materials and equipment.
• Pick, pull, and stage parts for field technicians.
• Restock service vehicles with HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical parts.
• Deliver parts and equipment to technicians and job sites.
• Help technicians locate materials; load/unload trucks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and counts.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual tools.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Support with maintenance of company tools and vehicles.
• Be proactive to keep daily operations moving.

What You'll Do

You will play an important role in making sure our technicians have what they need to take care of our customers every day.

• Receiving, unloading, inspecting, and stocking incoming materials and equipment
• Picking, pulling, and staging parts and materials for our field technicians
• Restocking HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service vehicles
• Delivering parts, materials, and equipment to technicians and job sites throughout DFW
• Helping technicians locate the materials and equipment they need
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Assisting with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Helping maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and warehouse areas
• Jumping in wherever needed to help keep daily operations moving

• Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, logistics, or construction experience is a plus
• HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, construction, or distribution experience is a plus—but not required
• Forklift or material-handling experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. independently and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance or equipment
