Job summary

Giusto’s Specialty Foods, LLC is seeking a Facility Sanitation / Warehouse Associate for the SSF facility in California. This full-time, day-shift role supports sanitation, order fulfillment, and shipping of flour products.

The position requires the ability to lift 75 lbs regularly, good communication, and reliability. PPE is provided, and the company offers health benefits, vacation, and sick time to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly and stand for long periods.
• Clear, courteous communication with others.
• High School Diploma or GED with basic math, reading and writing skills.
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
• Willingness to wear personal protective equipment as required.
• Detail oriented with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize food processing equipment and facility (floors, walls, surfaces).
• Sweep, scrub, remove trash and perform janitorial work as needed.
• Pick, Pack and Ship Orders of 25lb-50lb bags of flour.
• Operate forklift/pallet jack as required.
• Maintain records and GMP documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize food processing equipment and facility (floors, walls, surfaces)
• Sweep, scrub, remove trash and perform specified janitorial work
• Pick, Pull, Pack and Ship Orders of 25lb-50lb bags of flour
• Forklift/Pallet Jack use
• Maintain records, files, and processes documentation in accordance with GMPs and good documentation principles

To Be Successful In This Position, You Will Need:

• Ability to lift 75lbs regularly and work on feet for prolonged periods
• Ability to communicate with others in clear, courteous and helpful way
• High School Diploma or GED with basic Math, Reading and Writing skills
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred
