Job summary

QXO in Massachusetts is seeking a warehouse associate to operate forklifts, load and unload materials, and move goods inside the yard. You will verify orders, maintain inventory counts, and keep records accurate while adhering to all safety protocols in varied outdoor conditions.

The role requires dependable transportation, ability to work early mornings, and a customer‑first mindset, with bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and other heavy equipment.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and yard.
• Verify order contents and maintain accurate documentation, including pick tickets and inventory count sheets.
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory.
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere to all safety protocols while wearing PPE.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including basic cleaning and painting as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and yard
• Work outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions
• Verify order contents and maintain accurate documentation, including pick tickets and inventory count sheets
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including general cleaning and painting as needed
