QXO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and yard operations, safely handling and preparing building materials for customers and deliveries. You will operate forklifts, maintain inventory records, and help ensure a safe, clean, efficient workspace.

Applicants should have forklift experience, the ability to work outdoors in varied weather, and a customer-first mindset. Spanish language skills are a plus, with early shift availability and reliable transportation emphasized.

Responsabilidades

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and yard.
• Work outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions.
• Verify order contents and maintain accurate documentation, including pick tickets and inventory count sheets.
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including painting as needed.

What you'll do:

As a Warehouse Associate at QXO, you’ll support daily warehouse and yard operations by safely handling, organizing, and preparing building materials for customers and deliveries. You’ll operate forklifts and other equipment, maintain accurate inventory and order documentation, and help ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and yard
• Work outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions
• Verify order contents and maintain accurate documentation, including pick tickets and inventory count sheets
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including general cleaning and painting as needed

What you'll bring:

• Experience operating forklifts and other heavy equipment
