Job summary

Peachstate Hobby Distribution (PHD Games) is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Dayton, NJ facility. The role requires at least 2 years of warehouse experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

You will handle order picking, packing, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced distribution environment. We offer a full-time position with a hourly wage of $23.00 to $25.00, plus benefits such as 401(k) matching, FSA, health and vision insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience is required.
• Experience operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs) is a plus.

Hours of business: Monday – Thursday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (40 hours per week).

This position could require extended hours, and occasional weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Warehouse Job Duties (including but not limited to):

• Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs regularly, climb ladders, and stairs, and operate machinery.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort.
• Accomplishes or exceeds all personal goals, and job functions.
• Other duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager or other senior Management.

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, required
• Proven experience in the operation of Powered Industrial Trucks such as stand-up/sit-down forklifts or other industrial equipment (i.e., pallet jack) a plus.
• Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system, inventory management
• Team player with organizational skills
• Order picking, selecting, and packing
