Peachstate Hobby Distribution (PHD Games) is seeking a Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team in Dayton, NJ. You will unload shipments, verify deliveries against purchase orders, inspect items for damage, and organize stock in the warehouse.

The role requires 2+ years in a warehouse or receiving environment, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Proficiency with inventory software and data entry is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of warehouse/receiving experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry in inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Unload delivery trucks, inspect incoming merchandise for damage or discrepancies, and sign for delivered products.
• Enter receiving data into inventory management software, update records, and attach labels to products.
• Compare packing lists and purchase orders to confirm received quantity and type.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized receiving dock and warehouse.
• Support other departments as needed, including outbound shipments, packing orders, and restocking.
• Sort and place products on racking/shelves or designated areas.
