Job summary

Tramec Sloan is seeking a Warehouse Associate to locate, retrieve and prepare items for shipment according to order requirements. You will work with the warehouse team, pull customer service requests, and use RF scanners as needed to ensure accurate fulfillment.

Maintain a clean work area per 5S and safety policies. This role may require overtime and weekends as needed to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Good reading and comprehension skills.
• Good basic math skills.
• HiLo experience required.

Responsibilities

• Locate, retrieve, and prepare items for shipment according to order requirements.
• Work with warehouse team and ensure customer service requests are pulled.
• Operate RF scanners as needed and verify pulled reports.
• Follow Quality System requirements and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area using the 5S method and adhere to safety policies.
• May perform other related tasks and work overtime/weekends if needed.

Position Summary

As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to locate, retrieve, and prepare items for shipment according to specific order requirements.

Shift

Monday - Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm but hours could vary

• Works with and communicates closely with the warehouse team.
• Ensures all customer service requests are pulled.
• Use of RF scanner transactions as needed.
• Checks the pulled report.
• Responsible for working in accordance with our documented Quality System and for ensuring that products and services meet the customer’s specified requirements.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area using the 5S process and follows all safety policies and procedures.
• May be required by management to perform other reasonable work‑related tasks.
• May be required to work overtime and weekends if needed.
