Tramec Sloan in Holland, MI is seeking an Order Puller to locate, retrieve, and prepare items for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will work closely with the warehouse team to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, basic math and reading skills, and familiarity with RF scanning to process orders. Overtime and weekend work may be required; shift is Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong reading comprehension and basic math skills are required.
• RF scanner experience or use is necessary for order processing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with warehouse team to locate and pull items for orders.
• Ensure all customer service requests are pulled and accurately fulfilled.
• Utilize RF scanner transactions as needed to process orders.
• Check the pulled report for accuracy before shipment.
• Operate in accordance with the Quality System to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area using the 5S methodology and follow safety policies.
• May be asked to perform other related tasks and overtime/weekend work as needed.

Position Summary:

As an Order Puller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to locate, retrieve, and prepare items for shipment according to specific order requirements.

Shift:

Monday - Friday 5:00am to 1:30pm but schedule could vary with overtime possibilities.
