Job Description:

The company Shipper/Receiver is responsible for the shipping of items, to include processing the packing slip, printing of the labels, staging for packing, and the shipment of the goods. This is the last quality check before goods are shipped out the door and this must be taken seriously. This role will be engaged with the team and will understand business initiatives to improve delivery, quality, safety, cost, and our evolving culture moving towards High Performance Team standards. Warehouse work includes pulling material for production.

Job Duties Include but are not limited to:

1. Receiving materials in the Fishbowl software.
2. Begin and end of shipping processes to include processing of the packing slip, printing of the labels, staging of packing, and the shipment of the goods.
3. Check items being shipped to be sure they meet the high-quality standards set forth by the company.
4. Receiving in new materials and staging them.
5. Clearly and concisely communicates with the team, management, drivers, and couriers.
6. Keep the warehouse organized!
7. Assists in other areas of production when necessary.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Experience & Skills:

1. Ability to make decisions, communicate and problem solve. Self-motivated team player who models appropriate communication and behavior amongst one another.
2. Ability to get along with others, be punctual, demonstrate satisfactory attendance, and follow instructions from others.
3. Computer skills - using Microsoft Office etc.
4. Basic mathematical skills.
5. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
6. Experience with RF scanners.
7. Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
8. Follow procedures, guidelines & policies.
9. Detail oriented (our customers & teammates rely on us!).
10. A team player with organizational skills and great attention to detail.
11. Forklift certified, or willing to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
