Job summary

True Spec Golf LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support operations across our warehouse and build shop. The role involves order picking, inventory management, and cross-functional support in a fast-paced environment. Golf equipment knowledge is a plus but not required.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Scottsdale with benefits and a pay range of $18–$19 per hour based on experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to contribute to a leading company

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management is preferred.
• Proficient with computers including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of golf equipment is a plus.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and process orders from the warehouse.
• Learn and operate the SkuVault inventory system.
• Operate SST Pure machines.
• Cross-train across warehouse and build shop functions.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.
• Maintain inventory areas with attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with teammates to support daily operations.

Job Summary

True Spec Golf is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support operations across our warehouse and build shop. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. This role includes order picking, inventory management, and cross-functional support throughout the facility. A background in golf is a plus but not required. This is a full-time role with benefits, offering $18–$19 per hour based on experience.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Accurately pick and process orders from the warehouse
• Learn and master the SkuVault inventory management system
• Operate SST Pure machines
• Crosstrain across warehouse and build shop functions, including picking, quality control, inventory management, receiving, and finishing
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
• Maintain inventory areas with strong attention to detail
• Communicateeffectivelywithteammemberstosupportdailyoperations

Qualifications

• Inventory management experience preferred but not required
• Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and related tool
• Knowledge of golf equipment products is beneficial
