Job summary

Kinetic Personnel Group is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate/Cycle Counter to join our California warehouse. You will pick, pack, count, scan, and track inventory, while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

This role requires reliability, basic computer skills, experience with RF scanners, and attention to detail. You will work on a fast-paced team across two shifts with shift-specific pay rates; first shift 6am–2:30pm at $21/hr and second shift 11am–7:30pm at $23/hr.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners, inventory control, cycle counting, and order picking preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent attendance, reliability, and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movements and process orders.
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Enter and update information using warehouse management systems and other computer applications.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding inventory, shipments, and operational needs.
