We are seeking a Warehouse Associate responsible for off-loading, putting-away, picking, and staging equipment and parts while providing professional customer service to internal and external clients. The role involves managing the movement of materials within the warehouse, maintaining its appearance, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklift and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transfer materials without damage.
• Receive items according to procedures and stock them appropriately.
• Maintain inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Complete Will Calls and ensure accurate paperwork and transaction entries.
• Follow safety guidelines, including PPE and equipment inspections.
• Assist customers and customer service representatives as needed.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and awareness of surroundings.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass Prove It and driving tests; forklift certification within 30 days.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to follow instructions.

Experience and Education:

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience, with forklift experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
