Responsibilities

We are seeking a diligent and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in the San Jose area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the receiving, storing, and shipping of products. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving: Unload incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and report any discrepancies or damages.
  
  
• Stocking: Accurately and efficiently store products in their designated locations within the warehouse.
  
  
• Order Picking: Retrieve products from warehouse locations based on customer orders or work orders.
  
  
• Packing & Shipping: Pack items securely for shipment, label packages accurately, and prepare them for carrier pickup.
  
  
• Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accurate stock levels.
  
  
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification may be required or provided).
  
  
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  
  
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other warehouse staff and team members to meet daily goals and deadlines.
