Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to load/unload delivery trucks, stock inventory, and operate warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean and safe environment and support staging for installation or shipment.

Responsibilities include verifying orders, using company software, and handling tools. Candidates should have 1+ year warehouse experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely lift 75 pounds and climb ladders with loads.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive and off-load materials, verify counts to purchase orders, and check shipments for damage.
• Ensure stock is properly stored.
• Stage materials for installation, shipment, or customer pickup.
• Maintain accurate inventory information using company software and field devices.
• Operate warehouse equipment (including forklifts) and basic hand tools.
• Light fabricating.
• Other duties as assigned.

DH Pace Company, Inc. currently has a great career opportunity for a Warehouse Associate in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to maintain a clean, safe working environment while loading and unloading delivery trucks, stocking inventory and operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts.

What You'll Do

• Receiving and off-loading materials, verifying counts to purchase orders, and checking shipments for damage
• Ensuring that all stock is properly stored
• Staging materials for installation, shipment, or customer pick up
• Utilizing company specific software, field devices, and paperwork to maintain accurate inventory information
• Utilizing hand tools, mechanical equipment, and motorized equipment (including, but not limited to, box cutters, rolling carts, ladders, pallet jacks, for lifts, drills, saws, etc.)
• Light fabricating
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to safely lift 75 pounds above your head and climb ladders with loads
• One (1+) year of warehouse experience preferred
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and a good driving record
• Forklift experience is a plus
